His focus at MGB will primarily be on contentious inheritance tax law, supporting tax audits, and defending clients against allegations of tax evasion.<\/p>\n<p>Markus Krause is a lawyer and specialist in tax law and has been working in his own law firm in Hamburg since 2016. Prior to this, he was a partner in a law and tax consulting firm specializing in tax and criminal tax law for many years and also lectured on national and international tax law at the Cologne Business School. Due to his work in Singapore, he continues to be a trusted lawyer for a law firm based there in the areas of international tax and inheritance law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMarkus Krause is a highly experienced tax lawyer who will provide us with outstanding support thanks to his many years of expertise,\u201d says MGB partner Dr. Jochen Bachmann. \u201dWe are delighted to welcome him to our team as Of Counsel.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Markus Krause adds: \u201cMinoggio Grezesch Bachmann has an excellent reputation in tax dispute management.
