criminal complaint. However, the interest and intensity of criminal prosecution can vary greatly within Germany and even within the individual federal states. The correct procedure for filing a criminal complaint can make a decisive difference.  <\/p>\n<p>It is important to take into account not only the perspective of the injured party, but also that of the prosecuting authorities, the public prosecutor&#8217;s office, the tax investigation or customs.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our many years of experience with the practical procedures and our knowledge of the formal and material responsibilities, we can support you in filing the &#8220;right&#8221; criminal charges.
