other employees in all tax and criminal tax law disputes.<\/p>\n<p>Sports clubs and club board members are regularly confronted with additional claims that can threaten their existence, particularly with regard to wage tax and VAT.<\/p>\n<p>Our focus areas also include<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoidance of liability risks for board members, managing directors and tax consultants;<\/li>\n<li>Avoidance of criminal law risks;<\/li>\n<li>Sponsoring, donations and hospitality and<\/li>\n<li>economic business operations and special-purpose
